    motor jurking

I need some advice I have been using my homemade router table for 3yrs. I have been using the machine running it on slow motor movements.I am using Mach3 as the controller.I have try different motor settings to try and speed up the movements and knowings is working ever time I change the settings to move faster it starts to jurk when it start to cut on an arch or a circle . Does anyone have any subjustion

Stepper motors behave like that when they are required to move faster than they are able to. Some of that can be fixed in Motor Tuning, but if you've already lowered the acceleration and tweaked the velocity the best you can, you've probably reached the limit of that.

To figure out what else is going on with your system, we'll need more information, like the motors you're using, which drivers, what the power supply is rated at, what kind of screws you're using, etc. If you're running a "kit" bought cheaply off Ebay, chances are the inductance of the motors doesn't match the power being supplied, and the drivers can't take the amount of voltage required for them to perform well. But you'll need to share more about your system to get a firm answer.

Do you have a link to the specs for the specific motors you're using? Their inductance might be limiting your performance. It looks like your drivers would take more voltage, so swapping the power supply(s) for one that put out 48v would probably boost your top speed.

It is really not possible to say what the problem is (if there is a problem at all) without MUCH more facts or at least some images/video, demonstrating what you think is a problem. More data is required about your machine and the motors, as well as your settings in Mach3.
