    Leadwell tool Mis index alarm

    Hi, we have an LTC 10 AP leadwell lathe. We are getting a to Mis index alarm randomly. It will happen generally at any time during a cycle. I believe it to be a sensor, but do not know where to look for this sensor. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
