    B Axis

What is B axis work offset? I thought it is setting 107(distance from G53 Z0.0). How is it used?

You can program direct coordinates for the tailstock using B values (rather than using M21). I think it's just a different way to do it, especially on the older 90's lathes that didn't have all those features.

    Would the line read
    n1 G54 G00 B1.0
    n2 G54 G01 B-.25
