Is it me or B.O.B. no E-stop

I have a new PMDX 126 B.O.B it still has the jumper from e-stop to ground. when I power up the red LED should lite for 1 second then go out. the problem is it stays lit all the time with the jumper or without. i'm not yet hooked to a computer and I set all dip switches to default and config jumpers to default. Why wont the LED go out? Is it me or a bad B.O.B.

P.S. how do you get access to all the past polls?

    I don't have a PMDX 126 B.O.B

my first thought is it could be the charge pump circuit triggering the the alarm

I would first disable the charge pump , if it now works

enable the charge pump and then re test to and check your control software is sending a 10Kh signal to the correct pin?

    PS
just read its not connected to a computer

    Thanks for your reply John-100
The default dip switch already has the charge pump turned off. and the manual says the charge pump will not affect the operation of the e-stop. Good idea though
My P.S. was asking where on CNCZONE can I go to find all the results of all the past polls taken on this site. its hard to search when I don't know the subject of all the polls.

Looks like if you search for "poll", it'll list them all, with a few other threads thrown in as well.

As for the bob issue, give PMDX a call tomorrow. They have excellent support.

Why not just do a subject search?

Also the manual does confirm that the E-stop is active high, if the input is connected to common (GND) it should enable the system, i.e. E-stop OFF.
    Could be a board problem?
