    Material

Can the maple be standard thickness? ie. go to the lumberyard get a planed board and go to town, or does the 3/4" have to be .75" +- 0?
I could make these for you but am wondering the tolerance, and time frame.
I would be glad to make a sample for you.

You can buy a 3/4" piece of maple and grove the 3/4" face and than cut it to the thickness and than cut them to length. The time frame is 1-2weeks.
