    This looks like a very interesting design.

    Can you clarify "Top profile table is cut at cnc machine to ensure perfect alignment and 90 degree angles."

    Are you going to share the Fusion360 design?

    I'm looking forward to following your progress on this build.

    Underneath the table is below. Each profile part is cut at cnc and mounted together on top of a cnc table.
    Then I put this table on top of the bottom frame/legs.

    I can share the fusion design if you are interested. It is a rough design tough, I need to do little bit of work before sharing

    I will share the updates of the build progress soon..

    I filled the bridge profile with silicone/liquid rubber to prevent some of the vibrations. I am not sure this will work as expected, but I took the risk. Silicone weight is about 2.5 - 3 kg.

    Bridge profile is mounted to X axis. Everything seems to be fine so far.

    I changed the small carrier profiles under the bridge profile with solid machined aluminium. Small profiles had some defect on them.
    Since I am aligning the whole system according to those small profiles, they need to have perfect 90 angles.

    Except from the little tweaks, machine is almost finished;

    3d Printed dust collector:

    My Huanyang VFD suddenly stopped working properly, I upgraded to a Allen-Bradley 2.2KW vfd, much better components and smooth working:

    Here is a test video. Cutting thermoplastic with 1 flute cutter, about 2.5m/min feed , 15000 rpm, 1mm passes.
