Check your air pressure and test using a manual release

Manual release work fine, all other pneumatic actuators also work like dust hood and alignment pins..

    Hey Bascil,
See. the thing about alarms is that Each Syntec Controlled machine is customized and configured by the Machine maker...
Sadly, they never seem to bother to update the alarm descriptions, or provide detailed parameter lists, etc..

I can only suspect that a sensor, or expected action is not happening...
    Is this a new problem?
Did the machine work fine before?

Solved it my friend, a sensor on the tray actuator was loose and a little off, adjusted .. works fine now. Thanks for your reply

I think you need to look up manuals or data.. or a phone contact, for the mitsubishi Driver.. and see what AL90 is as far as the Servo Driver is concerned..
