You will pay port fees either way. a local company will add the port fees and a mark up to the price.

that's better buy from China directly. freight and port charge is very cheap. if you buy in local. price will be much more higher. You know even they resell Chinese machine in local, they will add all cost, such as port charge, tariff. also they will add high profit for themselves.
