    Exclamation PROBLEM !!!!!

    Hi !

    Any ideas ?????

    SO our 4020 VMC (DC servos , Resolvers) decided not to work....

    I got some CARDS out to inspect the Capacitors... Well the CLK board now is not working as far as i can tell...

    See the picture for SIN signal measured by me......

    FADAL VMC4020 HT 1995, Z 28" (if true) , 88HS , 10K rmp , 21 TC geneva /rotary/ , VH-65 (A-axis) ,3ph 400V , metric, NO conveyor, No palette. (+alternative DC AMP)

    Problem has been solved by resoldering a lot of "legs" 60 % of the through hole components including ICs.....

    I guess when i was replacing the Capacitors the board was stressed a bit (all are bent a bit due to wave soldering) and brore one or more spots ... lucky fix
