    APC Rack 5 Communication Failure

    Keep getting this error on my Arrow 2 1250C

    Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

    You had the same problem in 2013 with rack 1 and you said that the switch on the module was in the wrong place, see the above (need help ). You may have a bad switch or a bad module. Try switching modules and see if the error stays with that module - don't forget to change the switches on both modules.

    Problem is I don't know what the module is and which one is rack 5.
