Edit: Fixed it!
but it only works with an annoying software called LaserDRW.
I tried with the nice software called RDWorks V8 and it doesn't communicate...
Why is that?

its because your controller is not compatible with RD works
now I have not tried it but there is a free software out there called K40 Whisperer which works with most of your type of controller

You could try Lightburn

yes it is possible but as said earlier try K40 whisperer

I didn't understand the K40 Whisperer, it seems like a software that is only for communicating with the laser machine and not for designing anything, so it makes every cut a two step process
