1980 wells index 805 cnc "rebuild" and update

I picked this mill up a little over a month ago. It's been disassembled and put back together. I brush painted it with some custom por15 after stripping most of the original paint. I say "rebuilt" because it didn't really need parts, just naval jelly and special grease.
As far as electronics are concerned, I went with the acorn board. I like the Idea of a processor on board, industrial software, probing, and probably some stuff I don't understand yet. Not to mention us made.
For motors I went with med inertia in 750w dmm tech, and dyn4 drives. 3 for now and a rotary axis later.
I got a great deal on an elo 16" touchscreen and medical office articulating arm to hold it.
Right now I am building the cabinet and wiring.
Most of my background relating to robots is in 3d printing, so I have quite a bit to learn.
    Some of my questions ...
The drives get 30a each for a total of 90 without the 3hp motor? Holy **** is this Right?
My 3 phase power has a wild leg,hot let, stinger leg, hi leg or whatever you want to call it, should I address this?

My arm came in yesterday. It's pretty nice, maybe too nice. I had to add a brace so it didn't fly away when I touch the screen. All my cables will be arriving soon.

30 amps is the max momentary output of the drives. In operation they won't draw anywhere near that much power. 30 amps of 230V, 3 phase should be more than enough for the entire machine.

The only time this would become an issue is if you are splitting off 120V power using the neutral, then you would need to make sure that you are not using the wild leg. Between the phases, you will have 230V.

    Nice looking machine.
