Hopefully someone can help. The machine went down yesterday with this error. Usually I shut the machine down and turn it back on and it clears out. This time the errors stay on. I can't turn the control on. I can't do anything in the ATC Diagnostics because the power won't turn on.

I don't have permission to upload photos but that is the controller Errors when I turn the machine on. Any help would be great. Thanks, Chris

Check that you have 24v DC at the power supply. Open the back cabinet and look for the servo drives (little beige boxes with a red LED display and four buttons). What do the displays have on them?

Thanks for the response. The displays have 2 red hash marks on the left and say "66" on the right side.

Ok. 24v is still there.
If the machine has a pneumatic toolchanger, the top error may just be because the arm has dropped after the servo power was lost. The spindle drive error needs to be found now. If you look in the cabinet for the two bigger beige units, what are the numbers in the two displays on them? The converter is on the left and the inverter on the right.

The Converter has -U and the Inverter says F2

Your inverter has an EEPROM error 2. It looks like you will need to call Yaskawa and have them service the main control board.

Did you get your problem solved ? I had a similar problem with my 2013 VM30i it took awhile to find the problem but we finally got it figured out.

its ran flawlessly for 3 years now.
