    Question Please help me with this PROBLEM. 20W Fiber Marking Machine

    Hello everyone,

    I am facing problem with my 20 Fiber Marking Machine. Its been while that I have imported this from China. It has RAYCUS fiber source


    Machine uses EZ-Cad as a software and I am continuesly getting error message 'IPG Laserver temperature!.' and 'can not find valid lmc device'. Checking source but is not getting hot. Contacted supplier but so far they couldnt figure it out. Anyone had this problem before or any idea whats going on ?

    Hello! I have exactly the same problem whith my laser machine.You managed to fix it? Can you help me?
