Hello folks, I am building my first CNC router and i just ran into some problems so i need your help.
PC: Quad Core Q8200 2.33GHz, 4GB ram, PCI parralel card(0x4008)
I am running 4x Nema 24s 439oz(24HS34-3504D), DM542T drivers, 2x PSU at 36V and a breakout board connected to a PCI parralel card. I am using Mach3 and 25000Hz kernel speed.
The problem i am having is that the motors dont run smooth, they lag or miss steps. I noticed that when I set kernel speed to 65000Hz they would turn smoother but they also lag about every 10-20 seconds. Also in motor tuning tab, if I leave Step Pluse and Dir Pulse at 0, they lag more, but if I set both values to 5 they turn smoother. I am not really sure if I'm using the right expressions, so I attached a link to a video that shows what exactly is happening. I also ran DriverTest and noticed that it didn't behave like it should. I know that drivers and motors are not the problem because I tried stepping with Arduino, and it worked perfectly smooth.

I have searched a lot and couldn't find any solution so i decided to post here. I will be happy for any kind of suggestion and will try to reply ASAP.
Thanks, Tomi
