Newbie - Wrong tool, or settings maybe?

    New to CAM,

Trying to cut some fairly basic shapes in 2D.

My dog bones arent seeming to cut the entire way. Is it just the way it looks, is my tooling not right?

    Any ideas?

    **Update**

Kind of just had a face palm eureka moment.
The drawing were done in mm and the tool is in inches. I can only assume thats the issue.

I cant actually, the file itself is property of my company and they are their designs. Dont want to get myself in trouble somehow lol.
