Delta Servo Motor 750 W and Delta ASDA-B2 drive setup issues

    Hi there

I am trying to run a Delta 750 W servo motor, and delta ASDA-B2 Driver

I wired every thing and I get the AL.013 Code in the driver LED Display, apparently is the right Code, and it shows that my wiring are correct. But this is as far as I
could go, I simply have not been able to Run the Motor as of yet. Any recommendation is greatly appreciated. I think I must turn off the emergency or brake Code.
but the User manual is simply vague.
By the way my Controller is Mach3 Motion CARD ESS(Ethernet Smooth Stepper) HM-LAN-4Axis.

    regards

Please check if any of the digital input DI1~DI8 is set to emergency stop (EMGS). See attached pdf of manual, top section. Hope this helps, Iron-Man

Issues on setting the moving direction of delta asda b2 servo motors/drivers

    Hi there

How can I change or set the direction of moving my Delta asda b2 servo motor/drivers?

What is the parameter that i need to change, in order to change Cw, or CCw direction of my motor?

I searched the net, but It is very hard to get information on servo motors.

    Delta adas b2 Software

    Hi there

During the auto gain Tuning, my value of Inertia Ratio, which should be around value of 4, is a low value of .1 (off course after tuning process )

    What could cause that?

    What is exactly Inertia Ratio?

    regards

Great to see you get it running. When you have your parameters set, go through all of them and write them down on paper. Post pictures. Iron-Man
