    Exclamation DMG/MORI 5100- NEED HELP PLZ

    Hey Folks,:wave:

    I'm having problem with my DMG-MORI 5100. When I try to call any tool it appears '' it contains a character that cannot be registered as a part of nc prog'' .Not only this, when I want to run any saved program from the ''NC'', I cant find any( looks like deleted ) But I can do warm up normally.


    Have you ever faced the same issue? Please looking for help.

    Im guessing some "smart helpful fella" did you a favor and cleared all your programs out of memory. Including your toolchange macro.
    Maybe someone on here will tell you what it contains. I dont have one at hand anymore to tell you.

    I know that when the machine was brand new the dealer had to put the macro in during install. So you could call 1-855-DMG-MORI / 01-855-364-6674

    Next time keep you 8s and 9s locked so you wont lose it.
