Pocket toolpath overcuts in some areas

Wen cutting a pocket that has multiple bosses and things that have to be machined around, the toolpath generated uses a common path of travel to reach all areas of the pocket. At these locations the endmill seems to overcut in the z direction leaving a path on the floor of the part.

Anyone else have problems like this?

Sounds like the retract is not high enough.

I have attached an example of the path the cutter takes. The line that is at an angle ends up machining a little deeper. It is a common path of travel during the machining process which I cant force it to retract.
