Acme lead screw Y-axis wobble - what to do?

Im experiencing some nasty wobble on my y-axis Acme lead screw and was hoping someone could chip in with suggestions on what to possibly check or try out?

    What i've tried so far:
    - Checked that the Acme lead screw is not (noticeable) bent
    - Tried to untighten the ACME Nut Block in case it was too tight (had no real effect)
    - Checked that the Y-plate doesn't seem to bent or is somehow scewed
    - Checked that the 688ZZ-Bearing on each end of the lead screw, is tucked into the inset (with shim and 8mm-Lock-Collar behind it)

    Other things:
I'm not sure if it can be related, but I can't get all the v-wheels to touch the rail - regardless of how I try to turn each of the eccentric screws (starting all from 6mm mark bottom down).
Normally I can get the 6 wheels at bottom to touch fairly ok, a couple with a bit more tension on the rail than others, but the 8 at top, will then atleast have 1 v-wheel which isn't touching the rail and a couple of wheels with quite a bit more tension than others

    Motion specs:
Drive System - ACME Lead Screws (1 meter)
Linear Guides - Polycarbonate wheels on anodised C-Beam V-Slot Extrusion.
    Motors - NEMA23 175oz Stepper Motors (X, Y & Z)

I recorded a video of the wobble to be seen here

ps. its the same on the other y-axis + x-axis (seemed a little less here though)

Did you find a solution to the problem? I have the same problem.

Looks like the screw has a big gradual bend to it.
