In the old gibbs if i wanted to split a circle to have two point connected on each end it was plug-ins/geometry/ geo tools/ split circle. But i'm not seeing anything like that in the new gibbs update. Do i have to import the plugins or something or am i stuck to drawing it manually, which i also cant seem to do if i put two points at the xy positions along the circles radius once i connect them it turns into an arc and making another circle to make a mirrored arc doesn't work. I need a circle with two ponts connected to it at 90deg to each other in order to program the wire edm software we have.

The one your looking for is GeoEdt-Split using equally spaced with a value of 2
If you don't see that maybe you need to activate the geoedit.dll in plugin manager.
you'll need to restart Gibbs to see it in the menu.

I am pretty sure this will do what you want... In the Plug-Ins dropdown click on Geo Edit Split

Then on Equally Spaced and define how many sections you want
