    Viper 200 Error deviations

I have Viper 200s driving a 3 axis Bridgeport mill. The videos explain what I'm seeing under two different conditions. Do the really tall error spikes look expected? Are there any other general thoughts on possible areas for tuning improvement? I tuned all 3 axises using the same method and they all respond similarly under the same tests as the X axis shown in the videos.

    Thank you!
