Hi All, Now that my display is functional on my control again, I am beginning to monkey with the machine.
Does anyone have any kind of training manuals, books, literature, videos, classroom notes or anything like this for an old control like this?
I'm really in the dark right now.
For instance, the control has a flashing message that the X axis needs to be referenced. I've got the GE Fanuc programming manual & I can not find this info in it.
If anyone has anything that might help please let me know what you and I'm sure we could work out a fair price or something for it.

The information about that flashing message would probably be in the Machine Operator's Manual, not a Fanuc manual. Is there an alarm number associated with the flashing message? What make/model of machine is this?

The lathe is a Hardinge HNC, I do not have any manuals for the lathe itself.

Thanks mb, I tried looking for machine manuals but only found a maintenance book on eBay but that was it. Any links?

Hello community , i have a Hardinge Cobra 42 1996 with a Fanuc 21T . I have a problem with mine the eprom have erase and now i have a black screen , the only thing a can do is see the system menu by holding the two arrow key bellow the screen while turning control on . With a PCMCIA card adapter and compact flash i can reflash the PLC control with system rom files back up . You would be very kind if you do a back up of your machine for me and for you so this big problem dont come back .
