    is this problem due to heat treatment

    Hello everyone.. please check jpeg for complete details...I am facing issue regarding stability of geometry and sizes of that part...

    With case Hardening you will get a lot of material movement, normally when you need to keep a tolerance on a heat-treated part, like this, it is Ground lapped after heat-treatment

    OK your suggestion is laping...but do you think that laping can solve bord geometry issues..... right now my focus on hardening process ..I don't want to do any other operations after hardening...??? looking advice about hardening process...
