Well, it is nice to see someone is there!
You should be aware that I have sent a few emails to yourselves and never got a reply - mainly asking about spares.
I hope your investment includes after sales support.

    Hi,

It is a bit late now.
I ordered an LCD panel from china and soldered an edge connector to it and now that bit works.
The gas strut was replaced with assistance form guys on here.

Are you offering any pneumatic tool change options?

Like Matt, I am surprised how poorly the response is to customer inquiry, I have been waiting on replies to my emails for months, my X4+ is down still and I have set my mind on gutting it and starting over using a Centroid Acorn. I sent the attached pictures and requested the wiring diagram as I had to replace one of the drives for the X axis, and regrettably left my documentation on the seat in front of the machine, we had a flood hit where I live and I lost my documentation though the machine didn't get wet thankfully. However I have some low voltage wiring that I am unsure of.

I have emailed several times asking for any available documentation on the following boards,
    East Crystal PCF07483 Rev 1.1 and 08094 rev 1.1

    East Crystal 07434 ver 1.4

    Syil M&C SL-1100-1 (5.1)
    2008.8.4

    Attachment 389202Attachment 389202

I have very little faith that I will come to a solution to the problem with the current configuration, the support for older machines is very limited and I understand there has been revision to the machines. I have one of the first X4+ machines (110 Volt and no electronics cabinet). I would at least like support on the Spindle board, as it was clearly in house.

Any help from anyone would be appreciated,

My boards are made by East Crystal as well. I have also seen them referred to as Tonman Drivers but that is all I know.

What drive did you replace it with?

I found some original drives. I had to man electrics also. One blew a fuse so I have extra. What spindle board do you have?

Good luck. I hope you guys get a break. What I'm most interested in is to find out some of the low voltage wire routing, I lost my documentation and Syil has been if no help.
