When I turn on the PLASMACAM now and then my garage door will open or close, is there anybody elsewho had this problem, and if so is there any RF filters out there that work? Thanks,John

Must be an older door receiver/transmitter. The new doors are in excess of 10 million code combinations and very secure. My older garage door would open every time a plane flew over or a nearby CB radio would transmit.

Is your table attached to a ground rod? Not Power company ground, but a dedicated ground rod?
My suggestion is as follows:
Ensure that your table is attached to a functioning ground rod - one with a resistance of 3 ohms or less*
Ensure that the ground rod is less than 20 feet from the table.
connect the ground rod to the table with a cable equal to or larger than the than the gauge of the work lead .
* ground rod testing.
100 watt incandescent light bulb - a real 100 watt light bulb, not an energy saver or lower wattage bulb.
light bulb pigtail socket
power cord with a 120 VAC male plug.
DMM with VAC capability
Connect the hot side of 120 VAC to the light bulb pigtail.
Attach the other lead of the pigtail to the ground rod.
Apply 120 VAC power to the to the power cord. The light bulb should light up
Measure the AC voltage between the ground rod and the 120 VAC neutral on the power cord. The Voltage reading is equal to the resistance of the ground rod.
Note: 100 watt incandescent light bulbs can still be purchased from Walmart - 100 watt Toughlight light bulb.
The math here only works with a real 100 watt incandescent bulb.
ALTERNATIVE:
disconnect power to the garage door opener.
