Cutting fluid recommendations for flood cooling?

What kind of cutting fluid do you recommend for flood cooling?

I want something that won't rust my machine and doesn't grow bacteria and stink.

After a search on this I saw that some people recommended Valcool. However, it looks like Enco has discontinued this product for some reason. Anyone know why?

    What other coolants are good?

We use Blaser Swisscut 4000 strong. It doesn't rust, as long as you mixed it to the correct specs.

I've been using Hangsterfer S-500 for several months on a very intermittent basis. There's been some very slight staining but virtually no odor or bacterial growth.
