Hello all!

We have a Fanuc wire machine that we use to cut PCD disks into specific shapes for tooling. This process requires the piece be cut in such a way that a tit is not left on the bottom of the profile when the piece drops off. I already use nesting software to optimize that side of the process but right now the software we have to create a usable program is ANCIENT. It requires a specific computer running Windows 2000 Professional with a serial port license. I need to get rid of this ancient rock and get an updated program. The caveat comes in that it needs to allow me to manually trace out the path I need the wire to cut. We're talking super simple G01 XY and G02/G03 XYIJ movement. No 4 axis.

wrap up:

super simple CAM software
MANUAL tracing of path to output

Hoping someone will know of something out there! Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
