    Shear hog in titanium?

Has anyone tried using the Tormach shear-hog in titanium? I've read that generally Ti machines similarly to aluminium (with much lower feeds) so I was curious if the shear hog can be used successfully, or if that's a bad idea.

    Thanks in advance!

Bad idea. Contrary to popular bilief, titanium is not hard, but is very tuff.

Titanium cuts exactly like aluminum but at 15% of the feed and speed.
