"PROGRAM LOAD FAILED DATA ERROR" Fanuc 160i pc/windows interface Cinci CL-6 laser

Hello. I was hoping to get some help here seeing as though everybody else I have talked to has been
somewhat stumped on what I am assuming should be a simple fix.
My problem involves a used cinci CL-6 Fanuc 160i laser system.
After sorting through various issues I have landed on this and have been stuck for a week.
After the computer boots up and the cinci/fanuc interface loads, I go through the process
of opening a cnc file. Then after that I attempt to LOAD CNC. At this point a windows style
box opens up with the message "LOAD PROGRAM FAILED DATA ERROR". I am at a loss
as to why this is. This only occurs from programs generated by our cinci nesting software.
Pre-loaded files in the computers utilities folder (test squares, simple circle etc.) load without
issue. The current theory is that the HDD on the controller is somehow corrupted and needs
to re-imaged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Allan
