Fusion post processor for a milling machine and FC?

I have a typical 3 axis milling machine. It does have an 8 tool changer etc. It runs FC 4.5. I am trying to get my machine to respond correctly. I was told by FC that I needed to edit the post processor to disable G54-59. Can anyone verify this is the case or why? Does the controller take precedent if so? There are fixture offsets within the controller.

I went there and dl’d the FC post. After my experience with the Fanuc post I am hesitant to hit start.
I posted the code from both processors against each other so I could tell what was changed. There is some difference but I cant tell what it would cause.
I do know that wherever my machine was going at 500ipm wasnt where it was supposed to be.
I am starting to think my machine thought G54 was where my tool setter was.

Attached is the 3 axis and 4 axis flashcut cnc post processor I use everyday with fusion 360. works like a charm.

as for the G54-G59 there is an option in the flashcut software to ignore G54-G59 under controller > programming > G-code > uncheck where it says execute G54-G59 this is what I did. I also have a custom post that I modified to include 4th axis moves that I also use daily for my indexer. both post are included in the attachment. let me know if you have any questions. I would be glad to help in any way
