Hi. In manual mode goto service menu type "FD" hit first enter then F1. Toolchange recovery menu appears. First activate tc service on (1). If the changer arm is in the spindle area, then you need first send it back to the magazin area. There is a command greifer spi>mag or something similar, activate it. Till you press cycle start button, the arm moves out. Then try to activate spindle tool-in position. It wont move because lack of refpoint. Press manual mode button, goto reference, select Z axis only and hit cycle start. When not start to moving, try again with another key position, it will go to refpoint. Back to the tc recovery menu, activate tc service mode. Spindle orient>limit mag area>z axis spindle in-pos(override turn up a bit to moove) hold cycle start until reach the position>arm prov to spi>spindle out-pos>greifer 180°>spindle in-pos>arm spi to mag> arm mag to prov> greifer 0°. If all good, tc service mode deactivates and axis can be referenced.

If you move the spindle with a tool in etc with the arm in spindle area, it will dont hesitate to rip off te toolchanger arm, so bee careful, do the steps slovly. Sometimes the arm out step followed by the tool falling out, place below the spindle carton box with clothes etc. If a tool stucked in the arm can be smashed out with rubber hammer. If you leave it in the arm, it can damage the arm during the procedure. Also the tool in the magazin front of the arm need to removed before start the recovery procedure. I freed our DMC100s few times with this procedure. Good luck
