    DIY CNC Mach3 aligned squares

Hello everybody i apologize for my english, i try to explain my problem with CNC.

I have new DIY CNC and i try to calibrate mach3, for cam i use mastercam, but when i cut two big square, in front side the measures its ok, but when i put one in front and the other in back side, this parts its no aligned

I upload some pictures, maybe its problem of step per mm? i use axis calibration assist of mach3 and linear precision scale, check slack before and all its ok.

My cnc have two motors on X Axis

    Many thanks!

I guess x axis is not perpendicular to y axis. Probably you need to adjust x axis motors independently till all corners are square
