I've not needed to use the IO conversion tool in the past for anything I've needed to do. What are you trying to accomplish and on what control?
Experience is what you get just after you needed it.

on the controller OSP P200 it is necessary to replace the output with the other, reassign the output.

This seems dangerous to me. Are you going to reassign cycle start to cycle stop for example?

What are you trying to do? Maybe a parameter setting can accomplish the same thing?

the output to control the solenoid went out of order, it is necessary to alter it to another output, register a physical signal in the logical signal.
I have a lot of experience in editing PLCs, I edited different PLCs, but to edit the OSB I do not use tools, I also edited the internal addresses of d300 win, for the necessary purposes.
