best coolant mixer on the market

hey guys and gals, im in the market for a coolant mixer. i am wanting the kind that mounts directly to the top of a 45gallon drum and uses water pressure to either run a pump, or syphone the coolant at the same time as it mixes. Does anyone have any input on these? maybe a preffered brand or brands to avoid? any insight is appreciated. cost is not an issue we just want the best/most accurate/most reliable we can get. thanks!

opinions/recommendations for tramp oil skimmers are also welcome.

If cost is no object, get a positive displacement proportional mixer. With those you can plumb it in and eliminate buckets and buggies. A venturi mixer (what we use) varies quite a bit as the drum level changes. We use a externally adjustable one so it can be turned up or down on the fly.
