Laser cuts straight lines slower than curves or circles.

Hi, Needs some help. Have been running a Universal M-300 for years without problems. Engraving and cutting. Recently when cutting the speed is ok on curves but speeds up on straight lines. Consequently need to run the cut one or two more times to completely cut through the material on the straights. Cut corrugated boards and plastics at various thicknesses. Use Corel Draw11 and import dxf files from Inventor. Cleaned mirrors and lenses. Any Ideas?

Did something change in the parameters for fast cut conditions? Sounds like all the straight lines are on fast cut, and that the feed rate may be a little too high, or the power too low.
