    through spindle coolant leaking from back of head stock!!

    hey everyone, ive got an okuma MA650 with a bit of an issue, when i turn the thru spindle coolant on i have low pressure at the tool and a bunch of coolant coming out of the back of the headstock inclosure. it looks to be coming from three plastic braided lines that come from the top of the spindle shaft and are routed down to the bottom of the headstock enclosure. what is my solution?

    yes there is, but this problem happens no matter of spindle condition, tool in, tool out, clamped, unclamped, same thing happens. coolant pours out the back.

    Hi.
    Maybe a not return valve on the coolant circuit are not working fine.

    You've probably got a bad rotary union at the top of the spindle.
    Experience is what you get just after you needed it.
