    misubishi HA-93-NC-S MOTOR MDS-C1-V2-2020 DRIVE

hello experts, I have a Litz 800 metal cnc and im trying to find out what part is faulty, I get a S03 servo alarm x axis alarm nr.52 its says
    (excessive error 1)
a difference between the actual and theoretical motor positions during servo ON exceeded the setting value in servo system.
in a spindle system, a difference between the position command and position feedback exceeded the setting value....

    long story short.
when I was running production it would just stop and go into alarm with S01 servo alarm. when I power of power ON again when I try to home X axis big noise comes from the X axis motor,

ive tried to change the X Y motor to see if I can move the error to Y axis and I can so my question is, what part of the motor is faulty, motor or encoder? or is there a parameter I can adjust like backlash
my control is Mitsubishi meldas 60/60s
    sugestions or ideas be appresiated

    best regards

    flemming
