About 20 years ago, I made a wooded skeleton clock. It works, but it doesn't keep the best time and I have to lift the weights up every day.
There is a place on the back of the clock where I can put a Nema 17 stepper motor(200 steps), and it will fit really nice.
The little stepper motors are pretty cheap. Can you guys recommend a good driver for me? My first project with stepper motors, I bought a cheap driver off ebay, and that's what it was CHEAP. I don't want to make the same mistake.

ger21 AKA Gerry, recommended an AM882 for me and it worked awesome! I am spinning 2 big Nema 34 motors at 1,000RPM's and they are doing great.

I don't think I need this big of driver to power the little Nema 17.
My idea is to program an Arduino...3 steps for first second, 3 steps for second second, and 4 steps for 3rd second, 20 times with those steps and I will have one minute. then repeat that for infinity.

Thanks
