    Stepper driver board replacement

    Hi

A bit not familiar with that type of replacement.

I have 4 nema motors Keling KL23H276-28-4B and I work with Mach3 software.

My Rockcliff stepper driver card 4X discontinued (PN RCF_00110) needs to be replaced. (see picture attached)

What type of stepper driver card would you suggest me as a replacement, with a good quality-ratio and using the same Mach3 settings already registred on my pc.

    Thanks

    Jack

Gecko might be a bit of overkill, but if you have the money, go for it.

Still overkill for a replacement for that board, but they cost a lot less because they are kits.

Are you not happy with rockcliff? They do make a replacement, with a better chip:

Very very cheap. If the original worked, the new one can probably manage. But neither of those drivers can get the full performance out of your 3 amp motors. You need a driver than can do 3 amps all day long, so I would really recommend a 4 amp driver.
