What are the best settings on a Trumpf L3030 TFL4000 to produce deep etching/engraving?

Currently at my company I was tasked with implementing engraving into our process flow. Unfortunately, no one at my company knows the best setting for engraving on our Trumpf L3030 TFL4000. I have contacted Trumpf on this matter but since we have a CO2 laser and not a fiber laser they were unable to assist me.

Well If the company you bought it from can't help your in trouble. As Far as I know a CO2 laser won't engrave steel, you need a Fiber Laser for that.

Our CO2 laser can engrave but we need it to engrave deeper.

harvey engraving tool, 6000rpm, 4 ipm, 1 ipm feeding into part. thats what we do

Tried a few test samples at different settings and this was the best that we came up with so far:

Settings:
Nozzle Stand Off: 0.31 in
Laser Power: 400 watts
Gating Frequency: 260 Hz
Speed: 220 in/min
Gas: O2 (Oxygen)
Pressure: 2 Bar
