    Problem X5 Plus

Our 2011 X5 Plus has been fine until now. When it's running in manual or CNC mode after a while a relay can be heard tripping out, then eventually in CNC mode it will trip again and lose part of the current instruction and finally it will switch off altogether and may trip the Leakage Circuit Breaker (it's only done this once). When it's cooled down it will be fine for 5 or 10 minutes although the problems are getting more frequent. There is nothing visibly wrong, all wiring has been checked and looks fine, limit switches have been disconnected.Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Our thoughts are that it could be the transformer rather than a circuit board?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Andy.amt

could be a bad solder connection somewhere heating up and loosing contact. or maybe a fuse holder. do you have buss fuses ? if so take the fuses out and squeeze the clips together.
