More one time I need your help.
I have faced a problem with servomotor AC.
While I am moving it in gantry machine, with master and slave, the master motor jump. It likes that it tries to correct itself. The slave motor runs ok.
I saw the moviment display the movimente of both motor are ok. The following error as well. The maximum error noted was 0.01mm. Too little.

The electrical and eletronic parameters and checks I saw.
I am wondering if there is a mechanical problem coz the jump happens in a part of travell only.
This problem shake the all machine then I lost the cut quality in plasma process.
