Hi I have a Haas vfoe I am wanting to mill a 22mm keyway by roughing and finishing I have tried to use the conversational option of a slot but it will not do it. The keyway is enclosed so will have a rad both sides by chance would anyone be able to write a quick program that I can direct input? It's on the x axis length wise I have tried useing GO3 and an r value without compensation and working it out using 12mm ripper and finisher but I'm not getting a full rad on the ends. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

More information would make this easier:

22mm... is that the depth, width, or length? Is it going into a shaft, if so... what diameter? Where do you want the work offsets?

Need more info:

Total length of the keyway? (extreme end to extreme end).

Where your origin is? (extreme end of keyway that will be cut, or in the center of the radius on the end of the keyway?)

9mm deep? Is that in the center of the keyway, or at the outer edges?

A sketch would be helpful.
