Dear Sir,

I am Jignesh Patel from India. I got your reference from Industryarena.com, the blog of CNC machine users and hobyists.

I have a small workshop in India and use Matsuura MC500V2 with Yasnac MX1 control system. Recently with a spike of electricity, my machine gone dead. Power supply blown and some drive electronic components gone dead. Now I repaired it all but all the parameters and DGN data have also gone blank. I am stuck up with this situation. Can anybody supply me the parameters and DGN ?

This is a work like horse machine but I am stuck up.

I am also ready the pay the charge also but did not help as there are almost no Matsuura Machines in India.

Looking forward to the pleasure of receiving your valued help as I have no money to buy new machine.

Sorry to hear about that. I got some information on this forum that might be of help. Try to get HSMWorks (HSMWorks + Integrated CAM for solid works) for producing programs. To set your parameters, MX1 controls only have G54 to G56 and parameters starts at 6516.

G56 – 6528 …. 6529 …. 6530 …. 6531

G59 – 6546 …. 6547 ….. 6548 …. 6549
I am more of a HeadSign products fan, so I don’t know much about the product you use. For a better solution, I would recommend you visit www.headsign.com. They have a wonderful online customer service. You might even be convinced to get a new machine
