Meldas M50 - How to Change R values. R1954 & R1984 - Where ?

Hi Guys,
How to change the R values on a Meldas M50.
We had a dead battery on Leadwell. Everything back in and machine 90% back working except for the tool magazine. Controller needs to know what pot is present on the magazine via R1954 and R1984 registars.
Ive look high and low for some where to change these values but can not seem to find them
Would anybody be able to give instruction or tell what screen I need to be in to change R1954 adn R1984 and possibly R36.
Many Thanks Dave

You can change the values at Alarm/DIag In/Out menu ==> PLC i/F.

On the bottom side of the page you will find #( ) ( ) ( ).

In the first section after #, insert the R number and press input. You will be able to view the value on screen.

Hi Navinbas
You are Star..... Didnt not find the # but found the PLC-IF page ok and typed R1984 into the first ( ) and a value into the second and it worked.. Well Done and thankyou.
Dont suspose you know how to get RS232 programs into the machine correct. I can send out OK with good results to PC but unable to recieve in correctly. It tries to recieve but always comes up with error ( sorry cant recall what it says ) somwthing like error 20 - parity H error. ?? Ive tried all sorts of combinations with the RS232 paramerters with no luck. Attachment 395134Attachment 395136 Attachment 395132

What values have you set for 9001 and 9003? (SIO 1 or SIO2. If value is set to 0, it will consider SIO2 port)

The remaining device paramters seems to be ok. Please cross check with the picture i have posted. Also please make a note of the exact alarm. That would help to trouble shoot. Also please give me the configuration of your RS232 cable
