I have just downloaded and installed this ,to run on RH6, but I keep on getting failed initialization message. When I try to double click "madCAD6.rhp" it opens RH5 not 6 ??. I have tried to open with RH6 but keeps on opening in RH5. very confused. Please help.

I have a similar problem trying to install madCam 6 Release 2018-06-28. I get the same messages when trying to load the plugin.

It will not work well to install the madCAM.rhp directly from Rhino. Just run the madCAM installer exe-file.

1) Make sure that Rhino 6 is closed.
2) Run the madCAM installer.
3) Start Rhino 6 and madCAM should automatically load into Rhino 6.

Hi Joakim,

I installed madCAM as you stated. The problem occurs in step 3 when Rhino tries to automatically load the plugin.

I've also tried uninstalling madCAM (with the system "Settings->Apps & features" dialog) and reinstalling--same result.

The latest release (2018-07-02) seems to have fixed my installation problem.
