Exclamation Wiring between controller and PS

    Dear Colleagues,

I have a incredible problem with Laser PS.
The Power suply is work well if use the test button and the sign terminals are not connect to controller.
    It is important fact!
I wiring my Ruida 644X controller and EFR 80W Power supply with 3 wire (TTL(low), Ground, PWM)
The TTL port in the cotnroller is okay in normally it is +5V, if I push pulse button it is change to 0,26V.
The PWM port also okay, it is output is according the set power 0-5V.
The 3rd used pin is the Ground.

On the PS side situation is very interesting.
I measured the voltage each pin before I connect cable terminal from controller.
So the pins voltage in PS are:
    TH:0V
    TL:5V
    WP:5V
    G:Ground
    IN:0V
    +5V:5V

If I trigger the controller, the TTL sign change from 5V to 0,26V, and the PWM change from 0V to the set power parameter.
    But! the PS do nothing.
The wiring is prepared according the attached pic.
I tried to another option when I connect WP to Ground directly but it is also not helped.

    Thank you for your helps!
    Greatings from Hungary!
    Roland

Re: Wiring between controller and PS

Happened to me once, Laser not firing but when I pressed the test fire button it fires up, after 15 minutes of troubleshooting I found out that the water pressure switch is busted, that`s why it wont fire up when using the inputs, I test and directed the water cycle switch it eventually fired up, replaced the water cycle switch and the unit is back and running, you can try directing the water cycle switch to test it, but be sure to replace it with a good one because it`s a protection to your tube if there`s no water cycling to the system, your tube will break instantly if there`s no water cooling it down.
