Plug burning up on Chinese laser

I've searched the forum and I cannot find the answer to my problem. Not sure if I'm using the right key words. I'm having a problem with my Chinese laser that I have upgraded to a 150W tube. Since we have upgraded the tube the power plug on the back of the machine for the laser keeps melting or burning up. The machine is grounded. Does anyone have any recommendations on what we can look into to fix the problem?
