Ram Parity Error Fanuc 18T control on Hardinge T51

I have a Ram Parity Error I can't seem to get rid of. I have changed the main CPU board, and the two SRAM modules. The machine will boot up when I push "Reset" and "Delete" at start up. I can then load cnc parameters fine. I turn the machine off then back on. The ram parity error comes back. I only way to have the machine run without the error is when I took out the SRAM module from the Ladder position. This is nice ,but I can't load the PMC parameters. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

It looks like your sram module is defective; what is its part number?

I have two SRAM modules that are original to the machine, two that I bought used, they are A20B-2900-0530. I also have a larger 1 MB module that came with the used CPU Board, that is A20B-2900-0540. They all work in the Ram position when I do "Delete" and "Reset" during boot up. Do both the Ram position and the Ladder position on the CPU Board get cleared on start up if the "Delete" and "Reset" are pushed? It seems like they are not getting cleared together. is there another way to clear the memory of the modules?

as per maintenance manual 61805 P34, PMC RAM clear 'X' and '0' on power up.
